Caribbean Diving packages

10+ years ago I could do it for $1000. Used to fly DCA -> MIA for $100 then catch a week on BlackBeard's for $1000 total. My budget for September is $1500. I'll go over by a few dollars but not much.

$1000? Sure wish I still worked for Continental Airlines sometimes...

Re:above, Beaches? Could not think of anything more expensive.

I'm not sure how one could even get down south and accommodations for under 1k.
