Coconut Tree Divers - Roatan

We are arriving by cruise ship (not our usual MO) and see that Coconut Tree Divers offers to pick you up from the cruise port and take you for a couple of dives.

Has anyone dove with them and can give a general review? Good staff? Long dives?

Are there other shops we should be considering?

They are one of the oldest dive shops on Roatan with a stellar reputation. They also are well known for the only Tech Diving shop on island and also train the most DMT's on the island. Most of the instructors and DMT's on Roatan got their start at Coconut Tree. So obviously an extremely well trained and friendly staff. They are tough to beat ! Coconut Tree also has its own dock right at the entrance to West End, so very easy to get to, and you don't have to walk in the water to get on/off the boat. Enjoy your vacation !

They are good. Another option would be Sun Divers, small boats with attentive staff and good gear (assuming you need it).
