Nice spread! We’ve found the trailer spread to be more versatile than a fixed chassis, particularly for craning the complete unit onto a barge or platform.
 
Well, in my case, it was a convenience of transportation. Quick deployment, short jobs, different locations, my personal truck as a we tow vehicle, no need for heavy machinery. For times we need to load it on the barge, we fabricate lifting spreaders. For the offshore jobs, we always used Conex boxes, but that is a different story.
