I like design 4,as well, but would suggest 2 minor changes.
1. Remove the Florida outline on the back- I think the state on the front and back is redundant.
2. Just get a shell outline instead of having the background behind the shell. I don't think they'll like reproducing the background.
I don't think they'll do individual names, but we could see if they would for extra $ for those who want to.
Maybe do a 1/2 & 1/2 order-
I wouldn't mind black with a skull & crossbones on it (see my signature at bottom)!

I agree that the Florida on front and back is redundant. I like it more as a Dive Flag State on the front. The shirts look awesome! Even if I had to take it to someone to have my name embroidered, as long as they are a heavy weight shirt that will stand up to a lot of wear and tear, I love it! Great job.
How bout this? Just adding my thoughts

I took all of your comments here is #5 an outline of a Conch Shell as well as i took outline of florida off of the back
i also like the skull and crossbones i would like to see that on a Black long sleeve shirt all done in white ill try that one after this one

Just my .02... no skull and crossbones. Totally against it..Keep it nice and generic... suitable for men, women and children...
