There is one regulator (can't remember the brand, but not very common) which does not fit for the DIN/YOKE-insert-Version)

The Japanese Bridgestone/Bism regs don't fit the DIN w/ insert valves bcoz their yokes are too svelte. Atomic titanium yokes are a tight fit, also.
