I've dove the north wall of Cayman as well as the East End. I prefer the East End because it isn't near as crowded. (Being you're visiting on a cruise I expect you wouldn't have time to dive East End though.)
Sting Ray City is a fun snorkel. Just be careful you don't get your mask knocked off. :blinking: If you're patient enough you can hold a sting ray in your arms - not easy. If you do make sure that GoPro is pointed your way. You'll want to take that memory home with you.
