cuba...Coyo Coco/Guillermo Iinsight?

I expect to be going to either the coyo coco or cayo guillermo area of Cuba this summer,

I terms of scuba diving and shore snorkling what can I expect.Any good links on this area?

Also any recommendations on All Inclusive hotels would be appreciated. Thanks!
