The February 2002 issue of Undercurrent reported that Scubacan was involved in screwing a bunch of divers both on liveaboard and land-based operations in Cuba. Does anyone know if and how that mess was resolved?
In any case, a visit to www.scubacan.com
shows no evidence that that organization is still in the dive travel business. (BTW, I used an old bookmark to get there.)
