The red ones are the of the Crossland family, and the yellow jacket ones are Lord Baltimore's. They're also on the Baltimore flag, btw. Now aren't those cheery colours for a flag? And, my favourite MD fact, I would like to turn your attention to the NINTH verse of the MD State Anthem:
