According to Great Caves of the World atlas, Krubera is the deepest cave on earth.
Not the most accessible dive site, really.
 
A point to note is that though the cave goes up to -2.191 meters from the entrance, this part is still above the Black Sea level. This was confusing for me in the very beginning. This means that divers are diving at sea level.
The entrance to the Krubera cave is located 2250 above sea level.
