Does it have to be canoe? :) I have a 10' Zodiac and a 10hp outboard that will make quick work of the trip
We'll have to ask jviehe, he has been there.

If not, it may be worth borrowing my buddies Ocean Kayak, neat toy. Thing has a cubby-hole in the back for SCUBA gear and bungies to hold it in-place incase of a tip-over. When you find your site, you lean back, buckle in, and roll off :D

My plan is to get one of those kayaks too if the site is all that great. I figure that two years of annual fees at Vortex would equal one kayak - not that I've bought the annual pass, just a good excuse to tell my wife when justifying another scuba purchase :D.
