I'm basicly looking for a good freediving/spearfishing places, arount Ottawa, in Quebec, Lake Ontario(Kingston or Watertown area).

It is illegal to spear fish anywhere in Ontario, and I beleive also Quebec.

It is legal to spear fish in both Ontario and Quebec (with some restrictions e.g. in Ontario you can't use speargun etc.)
