Well, It don't stink unless you stir it up. Blah, Blah, Blah, "Can't we all just get along" Sounds like a lot of hot air & chest pounding going on.
And know one seems to know the law or if there contract with the companies that clean the rigs and the owners about harvesting.
Only that there is some sort of GA between some of the dive boat owners.
