i use a second LP hose too, 26” long and clipped to the D-ring on my left waist. That way I can keep the SMB, spool, and line well out in front of and away from me.
 
If not using a drysuit, the drysuit inflation hose could be lightly Gaffa/Duck taped to the SPG and is completely unnoticeable when checking gas pressure. It’s then available for inflating the SPG.
