Comments as follows:

St Michael's cave, Avalon - very difficult to get to, needs absolutely flat seas - probably only been dived by a few dozen current divers
Skillion cave, Terrigal - need flat seas
Fraser Park Sea Caves - impossible to get to from shore due to distance to walk and steepness of cliff
Cod Grounds, Camden Haven - not even sure a boat is still running to there, if so, it will only be on weekends
Fish Rock, South West Rocks - yes, can dive this any day of the week weather dependent
Julian Rock (I'm hoping Windara Banks), Byron Bay - Julian Rocks dives available every day - operators do not dive any other spot unless you have the whole boat
