Evening activity in Key Largo? Music?

I am looking for suggestions on some night life / evening fun in key largo on Saturday. I was thinking sunset cruise, but I think those are more popular in key west. What clubs or bars are there with music that are nice? Nice restaurant ideas?

I think we're staying at mm 100. It's the ramada inn, so something in that vicinity would be great..

The Islamorada Fish Company is a nice place to eat and have a few drinks. You can sit outside and watch the sunset. They also have a Casino boat in Key Largo with a shuttle that runs every few hours. Don't expect Vegas, but you can see some sharks swimming around the boat if you are there after dark.

Coconuts usually has live music. After they shut down you could go to Hog Heaven. They party later, and it is usually a good time there.

Down the marina from you on the other side is Sharkey's Bar (downstairs from Ocean Divers and the Galley restaurant). Popular place to drink, food available from the Galley, live music most or all nights (may be somewhat seasonal). Not fancy, but all you need, food, drink, and entertainment. Well, maybe not all you need.

I forgot about Coconuts. I will second that for a place to drink and listen to music. The food is good too.

The Pilot House has good food and music. They are close to mm100, but a few blocks off of US1.

I second Coconuts and Sharky's both good places that you'll probably find some locals at as well.

Coconuts? I'll have to check it out.. hog's sounds kinda trashy, is that somewhere ok to take the gf? I checked out islamoradafish co tonight, it was really nice..

How about a sunset cruise? Anyone offer that... ?

Daytime I am diving, but evening I want to chill out and do some other fun things..other than scuba diving, lol

The Big Chill at MM 104 is pretty cool (no pun intended) with good music but be prepared for lots of Jimmy Johnson memorabilia.

As mentioned, Hog Heaven at MM 85.3 down in Islamorada usually has a good band playing on the weekends and they're open 'til 4am.

There's a great Keys band called The Regs that I always try to catch down there. They usually play Coconut's in Key Largo but I'm only showing a single Miami date on their webpage as of this morning but it's updated frequently.

I'll second (or third) on Sharkey's.... I think you'll save money over Coconuts and right in your back yard at 100. It's not quite the tourist rest/bar as some of the other ones, but who wants to be a tourist? Good people watching too!
