I never used to notice it at first but I think that was because of all the other sensations that were happening and caused by wearing a mask, wetsuit breathing through a reg, hood, etc... Having all that gear on makes you feel very limited to begin with. At least it did with me. Now that I'm uses to the gear I can notice the narcosis. For me that's usually around 80-100 ft in cold water.
