Men don't have to get almost completely out of their dry suit AND their undergarments to pee, and they can pee standing up and facing out over the rail.

Doc and all the other women. Couldn't you just get one of those plastic female urine collectors they use in hospitals from a medical supply house? Cost is like $10-$20. You could stand right next to the guys and pee standing up to your heart's content. Or, if more modest, tell the guys to clear the rail, pull the undies/bathing suit aside, stand there and go "ahhhhhhhhh." Rinse, store, and use again when necessary. Use an alcohol wipe to clean the contact point. Just remember to check the windage before you dump it.

Just a thought.

Dehydration is THE NUMBER ONE factor in decompression sickness so I want to see as many divers pee as possible! Male or female, should make no difference. If you can wait to pee, you're dehydrated, period. Anyone who is offended by another diver squatting over the gunwhale shows that they are ignorant about diving physiology and should not be on a dive boat. The public display of diving ignorance should be WAY more embarrassing than the public display of biologic necessities. Nuff said.
