Where are you living?
 
I got my certificates in Dahab, Sinai, Egypt. But most of the time, I dive in Eilat, Israel, because I work and study in Israel currently.

Good, but not perfect. I live close to Tel Aviv (aka the most expensive city on earth). So it usually takes me five hours by bus to reach Eilat :(

No, but in Caesarea. It's also in the Mediterranean. But I prefer the red sea more than the Mediterranean in Israel.
