Grand Cayman-Resort Course/Discover Scuba

Can anyone recommend an operator for a resort course/discover scuba in Grand Cayman. Divetech only offers shore dives, and I'd rather have our group go out on a boat so we could get two different dives in.

Typically a resort course is sold with only one open water dive here.
