Why not just get you each a Gavin instead...it would be cheaper and then you would both be happy!

COVCI doesn't have them in stock. As of Wednesday this week he was still waiting for them. I had COVCI refund my card and got them from eBay (where else...?) Turtles are on there eBay the time from this seller, and they usually net out from "a lot less" to "a little less" than COVCI.
I'll have them Tuesday.

I was really impressed with the way COVCI handled the in-stock purchase (my spool and wetnotes), and the way they handled my refund request - but it miffed me to no end that they charged my card for the Turtles and the freight for the Turtles KNOWING they didn't have them in stock. After almost two weeks of waiting, I called them and asked for the refund. The thing is, these were not represented as a special order, they have them on their "specials" page...it was just a bad deal.
They're still on my "A" list (and not my fecal roster) but beware - if they don't have them, and you order them, they're charging your card and you be sitting without fins and without cash.
