We used "It's a Dive" a few years ago. I have no complaints, nice, friendly, helpful folks. Extremely convenient if you are staying at the Marriot. There will likely be a plethora of snorklers on the boat unless you book one of one wreck trips which they can take there six-pack boat to. You will be taken to a nice shallow reef and helped off the boat with instructions to be back in an hour. The staff is really great.
That being said..... If you are a fairly new diver (according to your profile) you will be happy with them. If you are looking to dive Conch Wall or some of the other deeper sites you will be dissapointed. It's about what you are looking for in a dive op?

I have heard of them but I wouldn't make them my first choice, because I think it's a rather dumb name for a dive Op.

I also thought it's not such a bright name, for a dive shop.

But as others have said, it seems like most of the dive shops in Key Largo are good. With so many dive shops there, it would be competitive. Anyone who's not good, would not survive.
