Hi.
Im kelly. I'm new to this site. I'm a new diver. I got my open water last year.
I'm going to Boracay in April to do some diving. A friend of mine is going to get his open water PADI there. Can anyone recommend any good dive centres that he could go through.

Thanks

Welcome to the Board... Sorry I can't help but someone here I'm sure will...

Welcome Kelly! Sorry, I can't answer your questions, but I'm sure others on the board may be able to.

Don’t forget to fill out your Public Profile (and Dive Info) on one of your next surface intervals so we can get to know you a little bit better. Besides, it will make it easier for us to answer your questions. Please, do add a Profile Pic. You might even add an avatar (you know, the small pic on the left of this post). If you’re not in a particularly creative mood, you can have a look at my Public Profile for inspiration.

Im going to Boracay myself April, and thinking IF im going to dive, hmm. might see you there. :D I would probably dive with Seagaia, on Station 1, if I decide to bring my dive gear.

Take a look at Calypso or Victory. They will take care of you and your friend. You will have a great time. The diving in Boracay is NOT as good as it gets in the Philippines. It is more of a "vacation spot". Once you get hooked on diving you will want to explore other beautiful dive sites in the Philippines.
