Hi all!
Been using these forums for what seems a while now, mostly just absorbing all the great info. Struck me that it was time to register.
I'm originally from the Bay Area (about 20 miles south of San Francisco), but have spent the past few years living and traveling throughout Southeast Asia. During that time I ended up doing my Divemaster and working in Borneo for about 6 months, mostly leading dives to Sipadan and neighboring islands Mabul, Kapalai, etc. Also did quite a bit of diving in the Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia. Anyhow, after a very enjoyable time spent abroad, I'm back to reality in the Bay Area , living in San Francisco.
