This poll sucks, your asking 3 questions A) are you in shape, B) what do you do to keep in shape for diving, and C) how much cardio exercise do you do per week?

sorry, wasn't trying to sound harsh. Just saying the poll didn't necessarily answer the question you were asking.

Oh, and I think what he meant by the "string" question was, "how fit are you?" is a relative question and not easily defined.
 
I am a "B-".

"A+" for the worrying about it part.

If JB was home every day, I would have it made in the shade.

I am trying to get an objective poll. Which means, most folks don't like to browse through 10 pages of comments.... They just like to see the bar graphs... Not to read alot of BS... Which the questions you proposed would get us...
 
You have to be mentaly fit...SOOOOO
are you mentaly fit aswell as physically fit.

The two go hand in hand ya know...:wink:
