How many times can freedive a day ?

How many max times csn freedive in one day ?

max of me is 10 meter x3, I'm not sure about side effect If freedive too much.

you can never get enough of 10 meters.. If I'm doing a lot of freediving or spearfishing, I really try to double my surface time.. so, 1 minute underwater = 2 minutes at the surface. Use this rule and at 10 meters you shouldn't have any trouble with side effects other than getting tired, hungry, thirsty, or in trouble for not spending enough time with the wife (unless she goes with you).

and maybe a headache- i like this rule, but i'd take the wife along to have some food ready when i'm done
