I'm going to be doing a class in a month and I found the tables but the instructions are a little lacking. I see that each table is divided into 8 rest/hold iterations but...do I do the table once a day and that is it? Do it 6 to 8 times in a day with some time (how much) in between? Do both tables each day (one source said this could be dangerous but I don't see how). So if I look at each table as one set of 8 reps, how many sets/how often should I be performing this....while sitting in my recliner Would other exercise that day be OK (run, weight, swim)?
