How's Parking Around Lake Simcoe Shore Dives?

Just wondering for those of you who do shore dives around the Lake Simcoe area, how is the parking for non-residents? I heard it's pretty pricey at $20 per hour but not sure if it's just around Barrie or if all the dive sites around there are like that?

For sites like Shanty Bay in Oro-Medonte Township, its permit parking ONLY, everywhere!
Non-resident permits are ~$150 a year. No daily or hourly permits exist.
They don't want us diving at Shanty Bay.
