I'm an avid shore diver and solo certified Divemaster. I've been to many diving locations in the Philippines and the only area that has extensive shore dives is Dauin. Sure there are dive centers with house reefs and obviously extensive shoreline where one could walk in and do a dive. I'm just wondering if there are any places I've missed that have an extensive area of shore dive locations and the shop infrastructure for divers?

LOL.
Philippines has many many diving areas from La Union in the north all the way down south to Davao and Gen Santos and El Nido to Biri Island in Samar. Of course there are places where shore diving is available.

Just left Moalboal and there is definitely shore diving there.
I think also on Panglao and Malapascua, but not sure if any of the dive centers in these places has the set up for solo diving.

Camiguin. It was the wrong season for the wind in August, so the boats wouldn't go out, we did about 5 days of shore diving and it was really good. Iring (bisaya for Cat) was one of the best shore sites I've done. A really nice field of lettuce coral at about 100' deep caps off a really cool site.
