No, not at all. Every agency I've crossed over to with the exception of PSAI has at least required time with an IT to explain the philosophy of the agency, the different training programs, etc. Some require in water time, others do not. One of the reasons I chose not to renew was the lack of anything in the crossover except filling out some forms, scanning some cards, and sending it all in with a check.
