but some people I met on holiday who live just outside Shanghai only go diving on their holidays now!

They are ex-pats who dived at home I believe so it is not like they are just holiday divers in the first place.

Yup! I understand there is no natural place to dive in Shanghai.

I guess that is why I have been pathetic enough to try this Aquarium Diving thing. I guess I can't get enough diving!
