I went out with Narcosis on Saturday. We went S of the inlet to the horseshoe and paul's. The viz was pretty bad in the 40'-50' range. The water averaged about 77 degrees. There were PLENTY of turtles on both dives, mostly hawksbills and loggerheads. We did spend about an hour or so looking for a lost diver, who was discovered without any incident, but with a small, yellow lift bag rather than a real long SMB. I decided to add a florescent streamer to the top of my SMB, as a result of this experience. Overall, the diving was good, and I was very grateful that the diver was recovered. Oh, on a sidenote there were two 11 year old OW divers on the boat. I discovered I have the same taste in movies as one of them. Zombieland!

YES - Each time I dive tunnels; the sharks are there. Never disappoint me.

All the shark footage was shot on tunnels. Either at the very beginning, right after dropping in, or at the very end near the donut.

Love the footage of the freeswimming moray, and great video! Thanks for posting it. I dove Jupiter for the first time earlier this year, and agree with the title of your post. Will definitely be back.

Tunnels is one of my favorite dive sites. The viz is never going to be better than 50-60 feet because the site is basically straight out of the Jupiter Inlet, but you will see sharks on basically every dive there. I've done tunnels in very bad viz (5 to 10 feet) and we still saw 10 to 20 sharks (nurse and reef).

I've been diving in Jupiter for about a year and a half now, over 100 dives, and it just keeps getting better and better. I almost always seem to get something new on video, free swimming moray was a first for me. I can't wait for the Goliath Grouper aggregation.. Expect some Epic videos!
