Aqua-nuts is a fine operation. I've never had anything but good experiences from them. They have changed most of the people I knew in the last year or so, so I'm not able to talk about the ones that are there now.
As for the leaving the divers out. They did and they paid. They had to write procedures for not letting that happen again. The procedures had to be workable by and be given to ALL dive operations up and down the keys. They do so many roll calls and checkoffs now I don't think you could get left if you tried to hide and stay behind.
