It looks kinda like an eel, but it's a giant jawfish (Opistognathus rhomaleus). We baited one out of its burrow.

Thought this photo of a giant jawfish was interesting.

The species holds its eggs in its mouth. This one expelled its eggs during our photo session and sucked the eggs back into its mouth.
