I also did a class today thursday June 5th, 2008 at the ramp. The first platform is still damaged and was is 11 feet, the line that runs from the second platform to the bones family was torn apart. so if I don't get back to repair it you may still find them by using the old steel platform that is in three feet of water to the left of the ramp, that yellow line is still intact. at 60 feet the water was 66 degrees and at 25 feet it was 72 degrees with excellent mid week 20 foot vis.

Ok I was just there on 8-16-08 tagging along with the Bermuda Triangle boat. We dove The Wall and the Junk area. It was nice I dont think we dove more than 47 feet that time, even got to play tic tac toe with with guide. I wore my Henderson Hyper Stretch and did not have a problem diving the Junk area or The Wall, the water temp was about 75 degrees. But on the next dive we moved over to the area around the hydro electric project and went max depth 78 feet and somewhere at the 60 foot level the thermocline kicked in and the shorty just was not doing it for me. I was not wearing a hood or gloves and it was like someone turned off the hot water while you were taking a shower. Temp was 65 degrees as I recall.
The sad part is on the way back the Bermuda Triangle had engine problems with a water pump and had to cancel the night dive he had planned. I hope they get it fixed soon.
