Sharkskin is similar but I think even more expensive.
 
Yes, but they are more expensive (although a better product - more durable, from reports). Sharkskin and Fourth Element's thermocline.
 
Ohh I LOVE my adrenalin shield, easy enough to mail order world wide through their site. Best thing ever after a dive coming in on the boat cuts out all windchill. I still use lavacore hooded vest underneath but I always travel with my shield. I also used a $99 adrenalin wetsuit for almost a decade so dont doubt the quality for the great price.
 
You convinced me! Checked out their site and just ordered an Adrenalin Thermo Long Sleeve Top.
 
SinkFloridasink, you could try a Bare chillguard. Mine works well under my 3 mm for dives in the 75 degree range. It might work well below that too but I've not been diving in any temps below that since way back.
