Lobstering In Ct

Im new to diving, open water certified and am looking for some dive locations with lobsters in CT. I have some spots in MA but the CT shore is closer for me any help in this matter would be great.

Captain Saam's boat, the Silver Dolphin runs thursday night lobster diving charters out of Norwalk. It's a good time.
