Same here in HK.Yes, we're still required to use the MySejahtera app to scan when entering any public place and the new version also has the MySJ Trace which requires Bluetooth to be on all the time so the government can track your movement. Some foreigners might not be too keen on this but I'd rather not get into any trouble. YMMV
