I was in the Mammoth caves area of Kentucky a few days ago and it made me wonder if their is any cave diving in these caves. Has anyone dove the caves in this area?

I know a few guys who did quite bit of Kentucky Cave diving and it was described as blackwater sump diving. They did it to map a underwater drainage and to locate dry cave. The diving wasn't exactly fun. They also spent most of thier time at 10 feet or less. The max was 21 or 22 if I recall. This wasn't in Mammoth Cave Park but still likely part of the Cave system (its big you know)
