I know guys that have done GUE Cave 2 and GUE Cave 1 with Tyler Moon and David Rhea respectively and they have had nothing but high praise for both.
I know for many years that Tyler Moon was the most active instructor in cave diving. David Rhea is the former training director for the NACD.
