I am freshly OW certified. Looking to get my AOW certification along with my drysuit certification this spring (if not winter, assuming the dive shop I get certified at goes on a trip somewhere)
I plan on traveling to where I dive, as well as diving the great lakes locally.
I am looking to get a drysuit for our rather cold waters, as I would really like to explore the many wrecks in the Great Lakes.
What Dry Suit is recommended? I do not want to spend an outrageous amount, but I don't mind spending money on things worthwhile.
My Size is 6'3", 220lbs, about average belly, wider then normal shoulders. I fit into a XL Henderson 3ML Thermoprene suit fine.
Also, opinions on my current equipment?
Mares Abyss MR-22 Primary Regulator
Mares MC-12 Computer/Guage
Dacor Viper Secondary Regulator
Oceanic Excursion BCD
Henderson 3mm WetSuit
Aluminum 80 Tank
Mares Volo Power Fins
LiquidSkin Mask
5mm Boots/Gloves
Spare Air 3.0 Nitrox Ready.
