Whew, glad you weren't referring to your buddy!

I don't wear no stinking sausage... at least not here in SoCal waters. Only when I travel to destinations with strong currents. Haven't a clue as to whether it will inflate and remain "stiff" since I haven't used it in a number of years!

Yeah, make sure your sausage is packed away when not in use... last time I left mine haning out, crabs attacked it!!

Sausages work better when they get used a lot, you need to get them wet as often as possible. If blowing it doesn't get it erect then you might try letting a friend work on it to see if some different technique makes for a stiffer sausage. Just make sure they have a sausage of their own, so they don't get attached to yours.
