Ouch!
Remember, no matter what you thought about your ex before, things change. Even if things were right before it doesn't matter now; things change.
You change too.
And more importantly, now you are free; in heart, mind, and spirit. You can think about what you need to do to start living your life again. You have another reminder that you have a great life left to live. Especially now that that low-life cheating ***** isn't dragging you down! (sorry, the past haunts us all!)
