For anyone interested in storing lots of tanks easily at home (or work)...

Home Depot sells a plastic '1000 lb' rack that holds 12 al80 tanks VERY nicely.

Currently, my budy and I keep 2 sets of double 80s on the bottom shelf, 4 80s and 2 ponys on the 2nd shelf, 2 80s and 4 40s on the 3rd shelf. We throw bulky, lite stuff up on the top shelf (empty plastic tubs/dive bags/etc.).

I think I can post a pic of this rack with 10 80s and some ponys stacked on it later (pic might not have all the tanks in it) when I get home if anyone is interested. My budy and I even talked our LDS into buying 5 racks for the storage room there so now we can actualy find things for classes etc. when they are needed...

Footprint per rack is 2 foot by 3 foot (the tank valves do stick out a little bit though as the total hight of the 80s (with valve) is about 2 foot 6 or so.
