Ocean Frontiers schedules their night dives Mon & Thurs so you'll miss that. I agree Turtle Reef is a good place to do one, will be much cheaper and as good as a night boat dive someplace. Maybe a late afternoon dive, dinner at the Cracked Conch upstairs or the bar by the water, then a night dive. (Or heck, do 2 afternoon shore dives one each way!) You will need to arrange for tanks to be left out for a night dive after the shop closes, which is easy enough and even easier when you're already there.)
 
For a quiet night and local food, try Chef John's BBQ. He's only there on Fri and Sat nights. I was just back there last Aug and had a great meal. Nothing fancy, just bbq chicken and ribs in the rough and BYOB.
