I'm now turning my attention to the Nemrod Snark LP diaphragm...
Scuba Museum has recreated the exhaust valve in food grade silicone rubber:
Scuba Museum Nemrod Exhaust Valve

The original LP diaphragms were moulded from neoprene rubber, and are often found totally disintegrated on older 'Peacock' Snarks.

I was able to get a NOS example to 3D model with a view to getting a run produced in food grade silicone rubber, which should improve WOB as well as having a greatly extended service life.
The original diaphragm has a series of undercuts where the #202 plate fits, these should be able to be reproduced using a removable stripper plate on compression moulding. I have also reproduced the 'anti-stiction' stipples that were originally put in the OEM tool by hand!
Will need to talk to suppliers...
