BEWARE of this so called "reef scuba center", I lived in the area and wanted to get certified so I could start diving with friends and family. I met with the individual who says he runs the shop said it was $450 to get NAUI certified. This includes an online section, practice in the pool, and an open water dive to complete the course. This guy said he needed the check in advance before I finished the course because NAUI needed the money. After I finished the online part, my emails, text messages, and phone calls started to go unanswered. After several weeks of not getting a response, I told him I wanted my money back because he obviously had no intention to be my NAUI instructor and help me finish the course. Not sure what kind of business this place is running or why they have NAUI signs in their window but they are far from being legitimate and professional. This place is a scam! Don't say I didn't warn you.
