new from Florida

hey, I'm 19, living in Palm Beach Florida. I've been diving for about 5 years now. among other things I do pretty much everything involving the outdoors, like kayaking (another biggie) and always mix photography or film in it. I attend Florida Atlantic for journalism and I strive to be a wildlife filmmaker. which kinda explains the whole adventure thing heh.

which brings me to this: I'm always interested in meeting new people, I know some people that dive, but none in my age range. it'd be great to have some permanent dive buddies/friends. so if you're in the area and interested, feel free to drop me a line. (no pun intended lol)

Suggest you start a college age "out of school for the summer" dive topic. See who gets on and may be local to you.

Doesn't FAU have a dive club? Don't know if you're the "joiner" type or not, but it could be a good start for specifically finding people in your age group.....

actually they do, but now that I have no classes for summer heh. and plus it's hard for me to make that commitment because I don't live on campus, and the drive is a pain in the arse. :-/ but I'll probably join anyways this fall
