Hi all. I'vee been interested in diving for many years, but I just got around to it. I go for my class the 27th of March, and I'm pretty excited about it. Any advice, recomendations, or suggestions are more than welcome.

Hi avngrrl,

Welcome to THE board

Advise: Take it easy ...

Recommendations : Take it easy ...

Suggestions : Take it easy ....

Don't rush into getting everything done in a hurry just to get thru the course and get your cert. card

... and when you get certified, dive, dive and dive some more.

Just finished the course and loved it. Ready for real diving now. On the last day of the course we saw a Manta ray about 9 feet long and it was awesome. Good luck!!
