Do you know his budget or where he is diving? I cared to look at his profile that says 0 - 24 dives and that he is from Qatar. Look up diving i Qatar which is usually really clear water.

check out the UK LIGHT CANNON 100 HID this light is the light we use for night dives can not say anything bad about this light.
